We are a boutique event planning collective dedicated to the art of the curated gathering. Currently based in Freeport, Bahamas, we specialize in creating bespoke experiences that blend timeless elegance with modern sophistication. Our planning is geared towards our clients experiencing their events as complete sensory experiences, not just a checklist of vendors, but a carefully composed narrative told through space, texture, timing, and taste. One of our basic underlying principles is that there is no cookie cutter or one size fits all approach to events.  We listen to each client’s needs and use our resources to create the best experience possible. Our vision is to provide our clients with a seamless, artisanal journey from concept to execution.Â

Event timeline creation means building the detailed schedule that governs how an event actually unfolds — turning a date on a calendar into a structured sequence of what happens when, and who's responsible for making it happen.
Venue selection and assistance means guiding the client through finding, evaluating, and securing the right location for their event — and then handling the logistics that come with it.
Vendor recommendations and coordination means connecting clients with the right vendors for their event, and then managing those relationships throughout the planning process so everything comes together smoothly.

Event website and invitation creation and guidance means helping clients build and manage the digital and print materials that inform guests about the event and collect their responses — combining hands-on design work with strategic advice on what to include and when.
Guest management assistance means handling everything related to the people attending the event — from the invitation list through to their experience on the day — so the client isn't tracking RSVPs and seating charts on their own.
